DRAWN TO THE WIND
DRAWN TO THE WIND
Harnessing the Wind is an ongoing project that began in 2020 during family trips to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. It begins, in a sense, where At 60 Miles per Hour ends: once we arrive, I turn my attention to the people, rituals, and landscapes surrounding kitesurfing and wing foiling. Over time, the work has become a record of return; of a community shaped by the wind, a changing landscape, and the passage of time within a recurring family journey.
